Cobblestone Energy LLC is a 2020 start up looking to do new projects and ventures in Texas and New Mexico with a focus on the Permian Basin. At Cobblestone, we follow a philosophy of disciplined development results in predictable earnings and profitable growth.
We specialize in joint venture project work where we put technology and people together with the right assets and the right partners. We are happy to operate or participate depending on what makes the most sense. In the past, we have crafted creative joint development projects that were successful and profitably expanded field wide.
In future projects we plan to add field optimization analytics and carbon sequestration concepts minimally as an endgame targeting a net zero carbon balance to enhancing production in fields we will own interest in.
The management team has the skills and network that fit crafting effective development drilling JVs and successful IOR projects. When and where necessary, for each project, we will bring onboard the right team of associates to deliver expected outcomes and results in the time and cost required.
We use a high level of sweat equity in our deals where we get paid out of successful outcomes. This concept aligns us with existing operators, our sponsors, and joint venture participants.
How We Work
We look at multiple projects on an ongoing basis to select the right ones to approach current owners as well as our funders. We are not interested in being promoted or paying finders fees for projects we can identify and do ourselves.
We are looking for operators that would like new technology applied to their assets to enhance the value of their properties. We are also looking for Joint Venture partners and sponsors wanting to create value with us.
